Functionality to Reject a Task in Journey
Hi
We have configured an Offboarding Journey in which we want to have an option to Reject a particular task and the journey should be put on hold until the task is actioned/completed again. Currently, we only have an option to mark task as Complete or Not Applicable. We have an option to rename the actions but it is not fulfilling our requirement as we have a sequence of tasks which are followed by and If we mark task as Complete/Not Applicable, the next task is opened up. Can you please confirm if there is any delivered functionality which allow us to reject the task and re-action the task and the process needs to be put on hold until the task is actioned.
