Order line went to Hold For Change Request on order revision and unable to do further revisions

Dear experts,

We have below issue in Order Orchestration for order revision case.

Order Orchestration : In order orchestration we have “Pause for Credit check” pause task in between the standard schedule and Credit check step and then ship step

Custom Pause for Credit check: Condition for the pause is release 1 week before the schedule ship date to check actual Credit check step.

Pause for Credit check Rule :Rule will check schedule ship date – 8 days (Credit days update in line EFF through Extension on save)

Revision Business Case :In regular business user will do some updates on the sales order line, where sometimes request date will be updated as well , when it is in awaiting shipping status user creates revision and update request date, then scheduling will update the schedule ship date and then custom Credit pause task reevaluating the step and keep this task in pause status.
