We are getting this issue on a large number of expense reports. We were not seeing it before patch set 24D was applied.

When auditing expense reports we are encountering this error on a fairly large number of reports. In one case it was an employee who had changed legal entities recently and he was entering dates in the expense report, prior to his start date in the new legal entity. In the other cases there was no change. Has anyone else encountered this issue. We though this might have been caused patching.
