Enable Non-Sales Employees to Collaborate with Sales Teams in Oracle CX Sales

Currently, Oracle CX Sales limits team member additions to users with specific sales-related roles. However, our organization requires the ability to add non-sales employees (defined with the "Employee Role" in Oracle HCM) to Lead Teams, Opportunity Teams, and Activity Teams.

This functionality would enhance cross-departmental collaboration by allowing non-sales employees to contribute to key sales activities without compromising data security.
