Invoice Electronic Listing for Italy report doesn't work

as described in the summary we are experiencing difficulties in launching the following scheduled process “Invoice Electronic Listing for Italy”. Below is a detail of the parameters :

• if as “Reporting Mode” we select “Final” the process terminates in error without giving any log. On the other hand, if as “Reporting Mode” we select Preliminary the process ends correctly.
• if as “source” we select “input tax” this issue does not exist, unlike output tax

We have already opened a service request, but, we were told that the report "Invoice Electronic Listing for Italy" is deprecated and to use Electronic Payables Invoice Extract.
