Skip Requisition Approval based on Approver's Job Name for Supervisory Hierarchy

The requirement is to skip approval or automatically approve a PR if the Job Name of the approver is something specific for e.g. 'Chairman'

The PR Approval rules are set up as per Supervisory Hierarchy and the approval is going till 2 levels above the requester.

Now, some of the Requesters are reporting to Chairman directly and some are reporting to Executive Director or other Job Names.

e.g. User1 with Job Name as 'Director' has Line Manager as 'Chairman'

User 2 with the same Job Name as 'Director' has Line Manager as 'Executive Director'
