What is the difference between "Create Supplier" and "Register Supplier" (internal)?

Summary:

Hi Oracle community,

In Procurement —> "Suppliers" application, what is the difference between "Create Supplier" and "Register Supplier".

Don't both end up with a new Supplier in the system? Why would you choose one option over the other?
