Oracle experiencing issue with expense report.

Hi All,

We are facing attached issue where oracle suggested to NOT submit expense report.

"We are currently experiencing issue with Expense report. Please do not submit expense report at this time. etc. Attaching the screenshot of error.

We have recently went live on Jan1st and never faced this issue Earlier.
