Role/privilege to Receive items in same Inventory Organization

Hello,

current scenario: the requester is creating the PR and he is only able to receive the POs generated based on his name as a requester.

Desired Scenario: all the receivers in the same inventory org should be able to receive the items (maybe the requester was not available). In other words, multiple users should be able to receive items on behalf of others. How can we achieve this?
