Calculation for Employee that Terms Mid-Month

In our Workforce cube/module, we have a business rule that sets employees to active based on start and term dates. Our accounts, like salary, then use the status to know if data should calculate. Is there a way to update the Active Status business rule or Salary to identify whether an employee is termed mid-month and adjust the PayRate accordingly? I have included the Salary member formula and the Active Status business rule below.
