The requirement is to dynamically pick approvers based on the 'Job Name' within the same cost center as that of the requestor.

E.g. User 1 from Cost Center A has immediate Supervisor who is someone with Job Name 'Executive Director'

User 2 from Cost Center A has immediate Supervisor who is someone with Job Name 'Chairman'

Now, we need the approvals to be routed in a such a manner that whenever either User 1 or User 2 raises a PR, it should be routed to whoever is having the Job Name as 'Executive Director' within the same Cost Center A.
