Sign On bonus disappearing from Offer Grid

Summary:

We recently noticed that sign on bonus entries on the Offer Grid are no longer displaying in the Compensation section. We can view the sign bonus amounts in the offer letter but the values that we entered in the Offer Grid are no longer there. (we can see them in a lower environment however)

Has anyone else experienced this on the Offer Grid; if so, how did you resolve? (SR has been opened)
