HR_DOCUMENTS_OF_RECORD_AUDIT Missing DFF Value for Assignment Number (Purged I-9 Report Issue)

edited Feb 11, 2025 3:36PM in Human Capital Management

We are encountering a critical issue with generating a purged I-9 report due to a missing Descriptive Flex Field (DFF) value in the HR_DOCUMENTS_OF_RECORD_AUDIT table. The DFF in question is for "Assignment Number," and while it's correctly populated in the HR_DOCUMENTS_OF_RECORD table, it's not being captured in the audit table. This is preventing us from retrieving the necessary assignment information for purged employees.

Our specific questions are:

  • Is the DFF field for "Assignment Number" expected to be audited in the HR_DOCUMENTS_OF_RECORD_AUDIT table?
  • If auditing is expected, what specific configuration steps are required to ensure this DFF value is captured in the audit table? Generic documentation has not been helpful; we need specific guidance for this DFF and table.

Howdy, Stranger!
