Can i control the range of the weight for each goal?

i want to make sure that the employee cannot put a weight on a goal less than 10 nor more than 40. is that possible?

How to control the weight of the goal within a specific range?

noting that i am asking about this in Fusion not EBS, but i couldn't find fusion in the list
