How to bulk upload Asset Groups for Asset maintenance

We have considerable amount Asset groups to upload Asset maintenance module

we have checked if there are any FBDI or ADFDI spreadsheet available. But we didn't find spreadsheet upload method.

And We also tried to import those data through "Import from CSV" but unfortunate this also not available any CSV file to upload asset group data

Anyone knows any workaround method to bulk upload Asset groups
