How to create 2 different personalization on a Non catalog request using VB in RSSP

Summary:

I have a requirement where i need to have 2 different customization, one for non catalog request and another for smart form(this is how it is in Classic)

Non Catalog request - Hide the DFF

Smart form - DFF must be visible and mandatory.

For the page personalization, the condition i see has ItemSource = NonCatalog or Smart form.

This is very critical for our project to implement RSSP.

How do we achieve the above page personalization.

Also when will we be able to personalize each DFF using Visual Builder.
