Asking Internal Candidates Extra Information

Hi community,

How can we determine if an internal candidate needs adjustments for an interview? We prefer not to ask this as part of the pre-screening process, as it’s not the right context and we don’t want to screen candidates out based on their response. The Extra Information section (which is available for external candidates) doesn’t seem to be an option for internal candidates.

With VBS can we now add this in as a section to ask candidates this extra information block?
