    Hi,

    A customer I support is experiencing an error when using Import Account Combinations Via Spreadsheet functionality. The functionality worked fine until a week or two ago as they have been using the spreadsheets without issue since December 2023.

    When I log into the same Oracle system from my side (I work for a different company) I don't get the error.

    Steps to replicate error:

    Setup and Maintenance > Financials > Financial Reporting Structures > Manage Account Combinations.

    Populate Chart of Accounts parameter on search form > Search > click Create in Spreadsheet.
