After uploading cumulative mileage upload , getting below error

"Employee number XXXXX doesn't exist in the business unit. Add the employee number to the file and upload again"

But the Employee is active in the Business unit and also work assignment all looks fine. If anyone faced this issue please confirm what needs to be checked
