Resource History screen - Horizontal scroll bar

In the 'Resource History' screen, we have to scroll down to the bottom of the page in order to be able to scroll horizontally. Sometimes this page can be very long, and since the screen width doesn't display the entire data we need to scroll left/right. Having to scroll to the bottom each time we need to scroll left/right is a waste of time, especially considering you have to find the desired area again each time.
