Guided Journey (and AI agent) not visible on actual page but visible in Oracle Visual Builder

Summary:

Hi,

I have created an AI agent (for MFG Operations but I think that's not relevant).

Then created a guided journey 'OPERATIONAL_PROCEDURE_GUIDE' and associated the AI agent to it. Now, I have modified the Work Definitions page (in MFG) and associated the guided journey to the Work Definitions page. See attached screenshot.

When in VBCS, I click on Preview, I can see the Guided journey and the AI agent. AI agent is also working fine in this preview mode.

But the issue is that on the actual Work Definitions page, the guided journey banner (and hence AI agent) is not visible. See attached screenshot and advise please.
