Enterprise Structure-Dual Structure- HR vs Finance

Summary:

We have a scenario where in Core HR has been implemented few years back with a enterprise structure A ( LE- Ledger- BU). Now we wanted to implement financials and payroll in the same POD/instance with different structure ( LE-Ledger-COA- Change-BU). Reason being change in structure is that original structure does not fit in the requirements and hence different structure needs to be implemented for Finance.

Adding to this, as legal entities/Ledgers/BUs defined as part of core HR needs to be defined with different naming convention for Finance. eg) Core HR- ABC LTD, Finance-ABC LTD_FIN

In summary, there will be 2 structures in place. One for Core HR and one for financials. Can we maintain 2 parallel approaches seamlessly without any issues
