Licenses & Certs appearing on OTBI report but not seen in system

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 5 comments

Summary:

We are seeing a few different scenarios where our OTBI report is pulling in active (not expired) Content Items for employees, but we're not seeing them represented in the system. Below is a screenshot from a report as well as the UI to show that one line is missing.

I have other scenarios where there are 3 different Content Items on the report, but nothing seen in the UI.
