Oracle Recruiting Booster - Preferred Method of Communication
Hello,
There are several candidates who have both SMS and Email as their preferred method of communication. We would like a few items clarified:
- If a candidate has preferred methods of communication for both SMS and Email, is there any way to only send notifications and ad hoc messages to one?
- We use message templates to send messages to multiple candidates. After selecting a template, recruiters often adjust the email text before sending. However, these updates in the email text field do not automatically sync with the SMS text field. Is there a way to ensure that changes made to the email text field are reflected in the SMS text section as well?
