Hi,

We are encountering an issue when trying to archive files in My Folders and Shared Folders. Each time we attempt the archiving process, we receive the error message: "Virus scanner not reachable."

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, could you please share any troubleshooting steps or solutions that have helped resolve this? Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
