Job Requisition Approval Workflow (initiator)

Hello, I’m really stuck trying to respond the a business case regarding an approval rule.

Is there a way to identify the initiator of the job requisition rather than just the requestor (the person who submits the request)?

I need to determine who the initiator is.
IF the Recruiter is the initiator, then self-auto approve.

In the process, the Hiring Manager typically initiates the request, and the Recruiter submits it for approval on behalf of the Manager. However, there are cases where the Recruiter initiates the request, and in that scenario, it should be auto-approved.
