WFC Change Statement - Salary basis with Simple components not available on change Statement

Hi Team,
We have Simple Component salary basis for India. But in workforce compensation plan, we are not able to see columns/attributes details to map with Change compensation statement template.
We have configured salary basis with below simple components for India -
- Gross Salary - User entered - No Effect
- Basic Salary (50% of Gross salary) - Add
- House Rent Allowance (50% Basic salary) - Add
- Leave Travel Allowance (user enters amount) - Add
- Meal Allowance (user enters amount) - Add
- Mobile Allowance (user enters amount) - Add
- Provident Fund (user enters amount) - Add
- Special Allowance (user enters amount) - Add
