Salary Basis - Calculation Rule and Validation on Simple component Salary basis
Summary:
We have configured salary basis with below simple components for India -
- Gross Salary - User entered - No Effect
- Basic Salary (50% of Gross salary) - Add
- House Rent Allowance (50% Basic salary) - Add
- Leave Travel Allowance (user enters amount) - Add
- Meal Allowance (user enters amount) - Add
- Mobile Allowance (user enters amount) - Add
- Provident Fund (user enters amount) - Add
- Special Allowance - Add
- Variable Allowance (User enters percentage) - Add
- Fuel Allowance (user enters amount) - Add
- Overall Salary - No Effect
We have below formula for Special Allowance component -
Simple component = Gross Salary - Basic Salary - House Rent Allowance - Mobile Allowance - Leave Travel Allowance - Fuel Allowance
