I am looking for a report which can return previous and current employment fields if position gets changed.

Mainly looking out for these fields:

Previous and current Salary
Previous and current Employee Status
Previous and current Job Code
Previous and current position and job Title
Previous and current Grade
Previous and current Job Group/EEO
Previous and current FLSA Status
Previous and current Dept #
Previous and current Dept Name
Previous and current Work Physical (street address, city, state, zip)
Previous and current Div/Co/Bus Unit
Previous and current Union Status
