Invalid Email Address

Hello,

We have many contacts whose email addresses are marked as invalid, but we would like to mark these contacts as valid.

One situation: the contact needs to pay the provider to use the email, and since he does not pay, the email ends up not becoming valid. So Eloqua identifies it when sending a marketing email and invalidates the contact. However, if the contact re-subscribes to his email, consequently, it becomes valid again. The problem is that Eloqua does not know that the email is valid again, so it would continue to be invalid.

Is there any way through API/Inbound that we can mark the contacts as valid again?
