Can we create custom reports for IDR recognition report?

The seeded report contains merged fields which prevents us from sorting and gathering data which would allow us to target suppliers that have a lower recognition rate.

We created a new report using the same table, AP_IDR_RECOGNITION_DYD, which allows us to sort and utilize the data better. However, we noted that there was some data missing from the new custom report. In researching the table, it was noted there is a trigger that removes some data after running. Is it possible to create an accurate report for IDR recognition without merged fields?
