Hey Community,

This is the Performance Dashboard for line managers, which displays employees within their respective management hierarchies.

My question is: Can I make the parameters more dynamic so they show only values relevant to the management hierarchy?

For example, the Department parameter currently displays all departments in the system. Instead, I want it to show only the departments that have employees assigned within the manager’s hierarchy.

Is there a way to achieve this? Any guidance would be appreciated!
