Receipts spreadsheet changed after 24D
Hello,
Before the 24D upgrade, we could populate the receipt spreadsheet by simply typing the account number, and the system would automatically recognize the customer upon upload. However, after the upgrade, we now need to double-click the account number and manually search for the customer—otherwise, the upload fails with an error stating the customer cannot be found.
The spreadsheet is meant to streamline receipt creation, but this change has significantly increased the time required, as we must search for each customer individually.
Is there any plan to revert this process to how it worked before?
