25A-SOAK- Project Reports ending into error

Project Summary Reports are ending in error with below message. The same reports are up and running in Production and other environments where 25A has not yet been applied.
We have verified the code and it is same in both Production and dev6 environment.

Below are the list of reports
• CCF Project Summary Report Export with Budget Period
• CCF Project Summary Report Export without Budget Period
• CCF Project Summary Report with Budget Period
• CCF Project Summary Report without Budget Period

Error getting report data
