    Summary:

    Need to end-date the already assigned balancing segment value to existing Legal Entity and create a new Legal Entity and assigned the existing balancing segment value to it. System is allowing to end-date the BSV but not allowing to reassign to new Legal entity. Please note both the New legal entity belongs to same ledger.
