Custom Alert Flag is not captured in Excel while downloading

Hi Team,

We have enabled the custom alerts in the promotion plan (WFC). We could able to see those alert flags in the worksheet display but not captured in the excel while exporting in workbook.

Did anyone come across the same issue?
