    • Is it possible to employ User Variables in NR Reports?

    The EPM Reports documentation refers to using both sub vars and user variables to assign members (chpt 10 - Defining Members). I can see sub vars as an option in the member selector drop down (beneath Functions) and the sub vars duly appear as a list, prefixed with "&"

    However, I can't see how to link to user vars - can they be referenced in Reports member selectors?

    Our use case is multiple report 'types' such as month end reporting, budget summaries, plan scenario review etc. all drawing from a single reporting cube. I want to use multiple user vars to hold the selected Scenario member for each report type, so that changing the Scenario in the POV for one report type doesn't automatically change the default Scenario that appears if the same user then opens a different report type.
