Request reset my MFA | oneqpservices

I am writing to request assistance with resetting the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for my default administrator account. I have already contacted chat support, but they informed me that they do not have the necessary access to reset the MFA for the default administrator.

To provide further context, there are two users in my tenant(oneqpservices): one with default administrator access and another non-administrator user. While chat support was able to assist with resetting the MFA for the non-administrator account, they are unable to do so for the default administrator.
Please let me know if any additional information or documentation is required from my side to facilitate this process.
