Need to extract string from OM Header EFF and push to OSMC Custom field on header

There is requirement to extract a part of string from OM Header EFF and push to OSMC Custom field on header.

The requirement is to extract the string between second and third pipe character and publish on OSMC custom field.
Can you help with the groovy to achieve this.
Note: The string position is not fixed.
