Need to make the quantity field as read only for Punch Out type Requisitions

Summary:

Whenever a user enters a requisition from the punchout site and gets transferred to Fusion, the quantity field should be made as read only i.e. he should not be able to edit them.

Initially, in Classic UI we were able to do it using the sand box by placing an expression. Is it possible now doing the same using the VB Studio?
