Is there a standard Flexfield for the attributes of the CSE_PARTS_LIST_COMPONENTS table?

Summary:

As part of a customer requirement, I would need to add two new columns at the part list component level that would be a start date and an end date.

But to my surprise I can't find any Descriptive flexfield that is related to the CSE_PARTS_LIST_COMPONENTS table, this despite the fact that I see that ATTRIBUTES columns for the flexfields do exist and that in the FBDI they are included as well. I have made the test of loading to an asset these dates in the ATTRIBUTE_DATE1 and ATTRIBUTE_DATE2 and this works perfectly by the FBDI and is visible in the Database. However, since I can't create the field from the “Manage Descriptive Flexfields” task, it is not possible to display this data in the UI.
