Hiding Salary Adjustments from Employees following Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR

Summary:

For employees who will receive a salary adjustment administered through the Workforce Compensation plan cycle, how do we hide the salary or potential promotion information from their person/employment record once the Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR batch process is run?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Is there a way to easily hide all employment and salary/bonus award information for employees following the completion of the Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR batch process? If merit increases are effective prior to the date they will be communicated to employees, once that process is run, the data will be visible to employees unless specifically hidden. Is there an easy way to temporarily hide those pages for ESS once the process is run or just prior to running the process? Once the increases are communicated, the data should be visible to employees again.

Howdy, Stranger!
