Restrict custom actions visibility in Job Offer pages

We need to create custom actions like 'Internal Promotion' and 'Internal Change Assignment' specifically for creating Job Offers for Internal candidates. We want to make those actions auto-approve and not go for approval according to the current Change Assignment workflow setup from the Manage Job Offer page.

But those custom actions should not be visible in the normal Employment pages like Change Assignment, Person Management, etc. It should only be visible in the Create/Edit Job Offer and Manage Job Offer pages.

Please let us know how to achieve this.
