Pictures on website hosting by AKAMAI - do I need to make any additional changes to my Eloqua settings so that images embedded in email URLs display correctly?

I am going to start using AKAMAI as a picture provider for my web. Is there any technical changes need to be done in Eloqua to have the picture properly displayed for customers in emails? Do we need to add some AKAMAI cert in Eloqua instance for that?

Or this change does not impact any images that I embedded via direct image URL into the email?
