I am not able to upgrade my account to Pay as you go
I created my account one month ago. I first had issues with adding a payment method, once that was successful I now am not able to upgrade my account to Pay as you go. My free trial has now also expired. I opened a support ticket but nobody was able to help. They told me to use that chat but the chat agent basically can't do anything.
I only get the error "Something went wrong while trying to upgrade your account. Please try again, or contact Oracle Global Sales."
I also use AWS and Azure and I can tell you this is BY FAR the worst experience I have had yet.
