Job Application Source Information Blank and Uneditable
We have candidates, where the candidate profile will show source information but when you look at them on the requisition the source information is blank. With it being blank, the system is not providing the edit button on the page to allow us to update these sources. In BI, the source information we are pulling is on the requisition, so having it blank is not providing us the information we need.
We have tried to use HDL for candidate.dat and candidatejobapplication.dat to load this data, both were successful processes, but the source info is still not showing on the application or in BI. Any one have any ideas what we may need to do to get this corrected? Was there another process required that we didn't complete?
