Is it possible to include retirees with a Work Relationship Worker Type of Nonworker in a WFC Plan?
Summary:
We need to include retirees/active pensioners who are paid via HCM Cloud Payroll in a Workforce Compensation plan to give them a cost-of-living increase. These former employees are active and have a Work Relationship with a Worker Type of Nonworker but are not being found eligible for the WFC plan, even though I've completely removed all eligibility from the plan. Is this expected functionality, or is there a way to make them eligible for the plan, as indicated by Doc ID KB19767?
