Ability to restrict reversal method to be used by the users

Summary:

Hi Team,

We understand that we have 2 methods to reverse the Journal in Oracle (switch debit or credit and change sign). We have a requirement to restrict the users to use the change sign method. We understand that we can set method as default method in the Journal reversal Criteria Sets. But, after setting the default method also, user has the access to change the reversal method. Is there any way to restrict the user from using change sign reversal method.
