    Getting error message when trying to complete I9 task in Journey

    We are using a custom pending worker role (replica of seeded Pending worker role + Access Person Contact Information by Worker) and get the below error message when trying to access HireRight.

    Has anyone else had this issue? (I did confirm the person does have a home and work email address)
