Is it possible to create a customer index on Oracle Cloud ERP seeded tables?

Summary:

We are currently using a BIP report to extract recently created transactions from ra_customer_trx_lines_all, relying on the last_updated_date field. The report is functioning well, but it is taking a considerable amount of time to extract the data. Even when there are no transactions to pull, the report still takes approximately 3 minutes to finish.

Therefore, we are feasibility to create an index on the last_updated_date field, as it is the only field we are using in our filters.

Has anyone run into a situation like this before? Can Oracle provide support for creating custom indexes on seeded tables?
